Workspaces are where you organize and execute transactions.

You can access Workspaces from the sidebar.

Create a Workspace

There are two ways to create a Workspace:

  1. Using the "Create New" button in the top bar

On the New Workspace page, you will see fields for:

SEARCHING AND FILTERING A BUYERS LIST

To search a buyers list:
  1. Click on the buyers list search field in the top left of the buyers list
  2. Begin typing the contact or company name that you are searching for
  3. Select the contact or company from the autocomplete results

Additionally, you can filter a buyers list using the  "Show" and "Activity Filter" drop-down menus to the right of the buyers list search field.

Use the "Show" filter to display or hide buyers with specific tier, status or buyer type designations, which may be defined for each buyer when you create or edit it.  For example, the selection below will filter the buyers list to only show Tier 1, Active, Financial buyers.

Use the "Activity Filter" to display buyers that meet certain activity criteria.  Click any activity criteria once to display buyers that have completed that activity (will display green), and click any activity twice to display buyers that have not completed that activity (will display red).  Use multiple criteria selections to create an "and" statement between the various selected activities.  For example, the filter below will display buyers who have executed the NDA and have not received the CIM. Now you know which buyers you need to send the CIM to.

The "Show" and "Activity Filter" drop-downs menus may be used in combination with each other.

Clear applied filters by clicking the "Clear Filters" link below the buyers list search field.

EXPORT A BUYERS LIST TO EXCEL

To export a buyers list to excel, click the green "Export to Excel" button below the buyers list search field.
